| Welcome to the "
Photographers Gallery". This Gallery is available for
photographers to promote and sell their images on-line to
customers around the world. Photographers have full control of
there own unique web pages and are able to move images within
albums and sections with ease. Individual pricing and image
labelling can all be maintained by the photographer. |
| Your "Photographers
Gallery" web site will be altered to resemble as closely as
possible the web site operated by the
photographer. |
Conditions
of usage.
- Operate a
current trading account " within terms " at Vanbar Pty
Ltd
- Image
must comply with " VANBAR's" image upload criteria.
- Copyright
of all images must be held by
the photographer.
- Images
must be " Legal" (comply with federal and state
legislations)
- Images
containing adult or non-general exhibition content must be "
password protected"
- Photographers
Gallery site will be altered to match that of the Photographer at
the discretion of the Vanbar web manager.

Image
upload criteria
- Images
must be in " JPEG" or "JPG" format.
- Images
must not exceed 3.0 MB in size.
- Images
should be orientated in vertical format.
- Images
must be supplied on CD or DVD.
- File
names for each image provided must be unique.
- Image
uploads will be done once per week.
- Max 10 MB
or 600 image thumbnails per "Free site"
- Inactive
sites may be deleted or service charge applied.

Image
storage agreement SETUP and service charges ( PLEASE READ )
- A
user storage charge may become applicable after 300 images or 5 MB
of storage space used.
- An
administration fee may be payable for uploads of more than 1 upload
and compression session and 100 images per month.
- This
fee may be waived subject to a minimum monthly throughput of
customer orders.
- Charges
and Fees are payable in accordance with Vanbar pty Ltd normal
trading terms.
- Rates
for administration and storage are available on
request.
- Gallery
web site, backend and account set up fee is currently $300. This
fee will be waived where a minimum transaction value of $100 per
month is maintained. ( an average of $100 per month per annum is
accepble)

WARNING
Breaches of " Copyright" ,"Adult content" or "legal" image criteria
will be forwarded onto the relevant authority for immediate
action.
